LGLA has been re-engaged to update this secluded, private garden for new owners. The first iteration of the landscape required close collaboration by LGLA with an array of engineers to design a zero-edge pool, spa, and pool deck on a site with highly expansive soils and an underground stream.

To assist the new owners in visualizing the proposed design change, LGLA is incorporating 3D modeling in its design process.

• The new pool design features a raised spa and swim jet

• The garden will feature a large kinetic sculpture, Hokusai, by Jeffery Laudenslager

• Vehicular gate doors, using materials and colors complementary to the house, are being designed to replace existing gates
